Delete your account inside the app
You can delete your TapFix AI Keyboard account inside the app:
Open TapFix AI Keyboard → Profile / Account settings → Delete account.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email:
Please send the request from the email address connected to your TapFix account and use the subject:

What data is deleted
When an account is deleted, we delete the account, authentication record, profile data, cloud settings, saved preferences, and other TapFix data associated with the account.
How long it takes
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
What data may be retained
Some data may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, payment, or compliance reasons.
Delete specific data without deleting your account
To request deletion of specific data without deleting your account, email support@tapfixai.app and use the subject:

iOS users
On iOS, TapFix AI Keyboard does not require an account. Local data can be removed by clearing the keyboard's local data in the app settings or by uninstalling the app. To request deletion of server-side data such as AI processing logs or support records, see the Delete My Data page or email support@tapfixai.app.
