Delete My Data
TapFix does not require an account for keyboard use. TapFix does not currently provide user accounts. If you want to request deletion of data associated with your anonymous device ID or a support request, contact:
Delete local data on your device
Custom words, settings, language choices, emoji recents and clipboard history are stored locally on your device or in the app group container. You can remove this local data by clearing the keyboard's local data in the app settings, or by uninstalling the app.
Request server-side deletion
To request deletion of server-side data — such as AI processing logs or support records — email us and please include:
- platform: iOS or Android
- approximate date of use
- issue description
- if available, your anonymous support / device identifier from the app settings
How long it takes
We will process deletion requests according to applicable privacy laws, within 30 days.
