TapFixAI is sold as a digital software subscription. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. If you experience a billing issue or believe you are eligible for a refund, contact support at support@tapfixai.app.
Refund requests are reviewed according to applicable consumer protection laws and the payment provider's buyer support policies. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by law or approved after review.
What to include
- The email address used for purchase or subscription.
- The approximate purchase date.
- A short description of the billing issue or refund request.
